New promotions at ITDS

We’re excited to announce recent promotions of our two colleagues.

Monika Paradowska has been promoted from Senior Business Manager to Sales Director. This well-deserved promotion recognizes her outstanding performance and commitment to our company. Since joining ITDS 3.5 years ago, Monika has consistently achieved exceptional results, both individually and with her team by extending the portfolio of clients.

Justyna Werecka-Panter, who had been our Recruitment Manager, has now taken the position of a Recruitment Director. She’s currently managing teams in both Warsaw and Wroclaw/Kraków, with a total of 11 members. Thanks to her leadership, we’ve not only met but exceeded our recruitment targets. We’re excited to see what more she’ll accomplish in this new role.

Anita Piaszczyk has been promoted from Cost Analyst (PL & PT) to Senior Cost Analyst – Team Leader. In her new role, she will take on additional responsibilities and lead a team of one. Anita’s dedication, talent, and commitment make her a perfect fit for this position. She continually demonstrates remarkable growth, self-motivation, and team spirit.
