Contact Center Aministrator

Łódź-based opportunity with a possibility to work 90% remotely.

As a Contact Center Administrator, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. We are a team of IT specialists maintaining systems and applications for Contact Center operations, ensuring various communication channels with the Bank: telephone, email, chat, video, social media, SMS, and bots. Our goal is to design, implement, and maintain modern communication solutions – OmniChannel. Operating in a constantly changing environment, we encounter new challenges, opportunities, and enrich our experiences.

Your main responsibilities: Administering banking applications in a hybrid environment: MS Windows, Cloud, Kubernetes

  • Identifying and resolving issues related to applications/systems/ hybrid environment
  • Aggregating and analyzing application/system logs (e.g., Splunk)
  • Monitoring application performance (using tools such as SCOM, Grafana, Dynatrace)
  • Participating in projects related to application implementation and development
  • Close collaboration with administrators and developers within the Contact Center area and across the organization
  • Collaborating with external vendors for application and infrastructure maintenance

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

  • Higher education, preferably in technical fields such as computer science, electronics, or telecommunications
  • Experience in administering applications in Windows environments (experience with Kubernetes and Cloud is a plus)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, Terraform)
  • Ability to script in Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts
  • Knowledge of cloud and containerization solutions
  • Openness in communication and problem-solving
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment and dedication
  • Ability to create and read technical documentation in English
