As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading international financial institution that is transforming the way cybersecurity solutions are designed, built, and deployed across a global enterprise. The project focuses on strengthening digital resilience by building secure, scalable, and automated platforms for assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks. You will be part of a dynamic and cross-functional DevSecOps team, collaborating with security experts to develop and maintain internal tools that streamline vulnerability management, secure development, and threat detection processes. This is a fast-paced, security-critical environment with real-world impact.
Your main responsibilities: Designing and developing REST API services for internal cybersecurity tools
- Building and optimizing data pipelines using Python-based ETL frameworks
- Developing CICD pipelines and maintaining deployment workflows
- Creating integrations with third-party scanning and security tools
- Troubleshooting and resolving L2/L3 issues and bugs reported via the service desk
- Writing and maintaining automated unit, integration, and functional tests
- Participating in peer code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Supporting infrastructure deployment through containers and orchestration platforms
- Collaborating with product owners and cybersecurity experts to refine requirements
- Documenting system architecture, workflows, and operational procedures
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Strong experience in Python web development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Proficiency with building and deploying microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
- Experience developing data pipelines using libraries like Pandas and tools like Airflow
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries
- Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of Git and branching strategies such as GitFlow or Trunk-Based Development
- A test-driven mindset with experience in writing automated test cases
- Comfortable working in agile/DevSecOps environments using Jira and Confluence
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience working with cybersecurity tools such as SAST, DAST, or penetration testing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and tools like Terraform
- Experience using Prometheus or other monitoring and observability tools
- Strong frontend development experience using React or similar frameworks
- Database administration or optimization skills across SQL and NoSQL systems
- Knowledge of message queuing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Exposure to service mesh technologies such as Anthos
- Previous experience in regulated enterprise environments
- Familiarity with customer analytics tools such as Matomo
- UX design or interface prototyping experience
