As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in operations and automation, supporting over 70 products and solutions in process automation, enterprise document management, and customer communication. The team focuses on building internal-facing systems primarily for European teams while collaborating closely with offshore resources. You will play a key role in enabling regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and growth within the company by ensuring the smooth delivery of cloud and on-premise services, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing system performance.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain core applications and services in a mixed on-premises and cloud environment
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins
  • Automate workflows and processes related to system compliance and updates
  • Build and maintain large-scale systems, ensuring high availability and scalability
  • Implement observability solutions, including logging, monitoring, and alerting
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis for incidents
  • Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to maintain and improve DevSecOps solutions
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and workflows
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members
  • Ensure systems comply with internal policies and industry standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • Experience working with Linux-based infrastructure
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Java
  • Good knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum/Kanban frameworks
  • Experience with system monitoring and observability tools like Splunk
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to identify and mitigate business risks proactively

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with security tools such as Checkmarx or SonarQube
  • Knowledge of system maintenance in a production support environment
  • Understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Experience with DevSecOps methodologies
