Be a Containerization Champion: Kubernetes Engineer

Warsaw-based opportunity to work remotely

As a Kubernetes Engineer, you will join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of our technology platform. You’ll be at the forefront of containerization, architecting, deploying, and managing robust Kubernetes clusters across the globe.

Your main responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage global Kubernetes clusters, ensuring a best-in-class container runtime platform for the entire firm

• Partner with application teams to engineer and implement containerized solutions that meet their specific requirements
• Evolve the company’s infrastructure by leveraging cutting-edge CNCF technologies to boost developer efficiency and infrastructure stability
• Collaborate on the engineering and integration of components within the Kubernetes infrastructure, seamlessly connecting with on-premise and cloud-based dependencies and services

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• In-depth experience with deploying, architecting, and operating on-premises containerized environments
• Hands-on expert in configuring, managing, and upgrading Kubernetes platforms
• Strong understanding of Linux and container technologies. (Bonus points for familiarity with OpenShift, Ceph, or ArgoCD!)
• Experience on using DevOps tools like Git, GitLab/GitHub, and CI/CD methodologies
• Proven track record of setting and achieving goals while implementing complex technical solutions
• Expertise in at least one scripting language (ideally shell) or a high-level language (ideally Golang)

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with configuration management tools
• Understanding of standard IT security practices (TLS certificates, key management, OAuth, LDAP)
• A Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification
• A continuous hunger to learn and stay updated on the evolving container runtime landscape
