Senior Data Analyst

This is a Krakow-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days from home per week.

As a Senior Data Analyst you will be working for our client – a leading financial institution committed to enhancing data management and governance. You will be responsible for supporting the Group CDO by collaborating with local Risk & Finance teams to prioritize requirements and maintain alignment with the Group model.

Your main responsibilities: Monitor the implementation of local data management processes aligned with the group model

• Explore and document data sources, focusing on data lineage
• Manage a portfolio of data quality issues, driving root cause analysis and monitoring progress
• Collaborate with Risk & Finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5 years of experience within a regulatory framework or complex organizations
• Experience in Risk and Finance functions within a financial institution
• Knowledge of Data Management strategies and tools
• Good understanding of IT systems and data flows
• Proficiency in English; French is an asset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across functions and businesses
