Senior Full Stack Engineer

Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution focused on developing cutting-edge solutions to enhance organizational structure discovery. You will contribute to an engineer-led project designed to integrate various internal systems, enabling seamless search and navigation across people, applications, and other data. The aim is to deliver a streamlined, user-friendly experience that accelerates productivity while adhering to best practices in software development and lifecycle management.

Your main responsibilities: Participating in software architecture design

• Implementing solutions according to best Design Patterns
• Analyzing requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
• Creating and maintaining documentation
• Developing and testing application prototypes
• Managing changes through the Service Management lifecycle
• Actively contributing to the automation and improvement of the Service Management lifecycle
• Keeping up with industry trends and advancements
• Collaborating with internal technology teams to meet customer needs
• Ensuring high-quality code delivery through effective use of Git

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, Web API, MVC
• Strong database design and SQL skills with SQL Server, including T-SQL
• Experience with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
• Familiarity with Entity Framework
• JavaScript skills, particularly React or Angular 2+
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS
• Experience with Git for version control
• Fluent English
