Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office)

As a Senior UI Designer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undergoing a digital transformation to deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences across its platforms. You are joining a collaborative team focused on crafting responsive web solutions that align business goals with user needs. Working across multiple global locations, you are contributing to the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital products while championing user-centred design and maintaining consistency with established design systems and brand standards.

Your main responsibilities: Gathering and transforming business requirements into user-focused design solutions

• Creating mood boards, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using design tools
• Conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into iterative design updates
• Presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers
• Designing for responsive web platforms following atomic design principles
• Maintaining consistency across platforms using the design system and brand guidelines
• Supporting global design efforts to ensure coherent user experiences across regions
• Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advocating for the customer’s voice throughout the design process

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and user-centred design work
• Experience using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methods
• The ability to translate ideas into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes quickly
• Familiarity with design systems, atomic design, and design tokens
• A customer-first mindset and strong analytical thinking
• Proven experience collaborating with tech, business, and risk stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for sharing design rationale
• A qualification or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field
• The ability to manage competing priorities across parallel projects

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience designing products for global audiences and multilingual platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Familiarity with Agile development environments
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers
