As a Technology Project Management – Outcome/Value Stream Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services. This role involves partnering with global operations and various business units to drive the digital transformation of operational activities across the bank. You will be at the forefront of delivering scalable technology solutions and establishing a cutting-edge business automation framework. This opportunity allows you to contribute to a global team, developing and implementing change across key markets using leading technologies.
Your main responsibilities:
- Managing delivery of project objectives by collaborating with project sponsors, technology architects, business analysts, and development teams
- Leading project and program governance meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Driving and supporting technology teams in managing delivery, balancing scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, communications, and budgets
- Monitoring and reporting on progress, issues, dependencies, and risks, making recommendations to influence decision-making
- Ensuring solutions align with the client’s strategic vision and roadmaps
- Directing IT project managers, business analysts, solution architects, and other specialists to deliver multiple projects within the program
- Building and maintaining stakeholder buy-in for plans, commitments, and changes
- Delivering program strategy across a series of projects, ensuring adherence to standard controls
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 5-8 years of experience on similar position (preferably in financial services)
- Experience in engaging with senior management, business partners, and global stakeholders
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive risk identification and management skills, with the ability to build effective risk management plans
- A solid understanding of value units/products/regions/legal entities and industry challenges
- Experience in managing a sizeable professional team, including budget and planning responsibilities
- Strong data analysis skills to translate data into actionable insights that drive change
- Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint and dashboards for executive-level reporting
- A track record of strong collaboration and teamwork, building partnerships with business and support functions
- Customer-centric mindset with a curiosity and commercial focus, recognizing opportunities technology can deliver
- Experience in tracking and monitoring team roadmaps and milestones
- Fluent English
It is a strong plus if you have:
- A degree in Technology or Business-related subjects
