As a Project Management Officer (PMO) Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution. This role supports the Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team, focusing on the design and delivery of education, communications, and engagement aligned with user experience standards. You will be crucial in supporting operational and transformational delivery across processes, platforms, and products. This position involves working collaboratively within a complex and changing environment to achieve strategic priorities and add value to customers.

Your main responsibilities: Assisting the programme and governance team by enabling the flow of work through the programme and overseeing the management of end-to-end outcome processes

• Ensuring financial governance is in place and costs are fully managed and tracked for all teams, outcomes, and at an overall programme level
• Establishing and maintaining formal and informal effective programme governance, including agile ceremonies, working groups, and other meetings
• Supporting the maintenance and standard adherence of the delivery management and other programme management tools
• Working with the central cyber-Portfolio PMO’s to ensure Programme Events do not clash with others and maintaining the cadence of planning and reporting
• Preparing and presenting clear, accurate, and timely informal and formal programme reporting (status, progress, RAID)
• Driving a proactive risk resolution mindset and supporting the identification and articulation of mitigation plans for issues
• Providing additional support to help team members and leaders minimize execution risk and maintain clear and effective program oversight and governance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in RAG reporting, financial management, capacity/demand planning, roadmaps, and financial reporting
• Experience working with or coordinating teams using Agile methodologies
• Understanding of financial planning
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface across various stakeholder levels
• Strong analytical skills in a project-based environment and experienced problem-solving abilities
• A process-driven approach, great attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent spoken and written English with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to support aggressive delivery timelines without compromising quality and multitasking effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to progress initiatives
• Proactive, confident, and takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with standard program/project management tools and methodologies
• Experience owning governance and managing RAID Logs
• Experience setting up tooling for teams and coordinating agile ceremonies
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders within a complex and changing environment
• Passion for successfully enabling teams to deliver business outcomes with excellent presentation and reporting skills
