We are now looking to develop our Recruitment Team with a proactive and ambitious Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Team Lead, who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and building his/her recruitment unit.

Your main responsibilities: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, internal databases, and professional networks to identify and attract candidates

  • Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates; qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Maintaining communication with candidates and providing updates on their application status
  • Extending job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms as needed, and facilitating the acceptance
    process
  • Training IT Recruiters/ Sources, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles
  • Setting clear goals and expectations for team members, monitoring their performance, and providing regular feedback and coaching to support their development
  • Proactively handling daily inquiries and challenges, addressing both individual and team-wide issues with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Creating a trusted relationship with internal Stakeholders, and Clients
    Staying up to date with the IT market trends and the latest recruitment tools, and implementing them effectively to streamline the sourcing and recruiting process

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Recruiting – we need you to lead by example
  • Strong drive to deliver results – your goal will be to meet quarterly and yearly targets
  • Sound judgment and ability to match candidates with projects – the market is very competitive, and we want to work only with the best ones!
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and be seen as a trusted advisor, leveraging a strong business acumen – your opinion will matter, and we expect you to have an impact on the organization
  • Service orientation and organizational skills – we are super focused on fast &high-quality delivery
  • Strong team spirit, proactive &positive approach – our team is super dynamic and funny – we want you to feel well in a company environment
  • Work effectively under time pressure – we are “fast &furious” with a great focus on the quality of our work 🙂
  • First experience with leading a team is a strong plus
  • Mother tongue Polish and very good English skills
