As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in payment and financial services technology, known for its high-performance infrastructure and cutting-edge innovation. The client is driving the transformation of digital payment solutions and secure data networks across large-scale, enterprise environments. You will join a fast-paced and hands-on engineering team tasked with designing, implementing, and automating resilient network infrastructures. This project focuses on building next-generation data center networks, enabling seamless automation, and supporting robust enterprise connectivity. You will work closely with engineering peers and development teams to roll out scalable and secure network architectures while continuously improving operational efficiency. Your passion for problem-solving and innovation will be essential in maintaining uptime, performance, and the rapid delivery of services to customers worldwide. Your main responsibilities: Design and implement scalable network infrastructure across data centers and enterprise sites

• Automate network operations using scripting tools such as Python and Ansible
• Collaborate with engineering teams to roll out new network designs and systems
• Build, configure, and install routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices
• Support infrastructure programmability and automation with modern web technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
• Implement and manage secure client access solutions including VPNs and SD-WAN
• Participate in the on-call rotation and provide second-level support when needed
• Continuously evaluate and optimize operational practices for improved efficiency

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or architecture
• Proficiency in networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VXLAN
• Strong knowledge of Data Center networking technologies and design
• Experience automating infrastructure using Python, Ansible, or similar tools
• Familiarity with infrastructure programmability and web technologies
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with new technologies
