As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global leader in the financial services sector with a presence in over 160 countries. You will be responsible for managing key projects across Operations, driving the onboarding of new clients, and ensuring the efficient implementation of technical solutions. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure high-quality service delivery while managing risks and ensuring compliance with both local and global regulations.

Your main responsibilities: Lead new business onboarding projects across Operations

  • Formulate detailed project plans, analyze effort, cost, and impact on various business units
  • Build and manage an effective project team to ensure timely and responsible delivery
  • Maintain necessary project documentation and secure client and internal approvals
  • Collaborate with Business, Oversight, Relationship, and Product stakeholders to deliver projects effectively
  • Build and enhance relationships with clients by ensuring high-quality service and communication
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to drive improvement and competitive differentiation
  • Ensure compliance with local and global regulations for all implemented processes
  • Escalate issues promptly and manage their resolution across multiple business areas
  • Support and mentor team members by providing training and fostering a professional working environment

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Financial Services
  • In-depth understanding of Financial Operations
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting and Performance Reporting
  • Experience with Aladdin application (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risk
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
