As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution delivering complex services across more than 160 countries. You will join a high-impact team dedicated to transforming operations through strategic initiatives, onboarding new clients and technologies, and streamlining internal processes. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing new systems and managing cross-functional projects that improve operational performance and ensure regulatory compliance. This role offers a dynamic environment with high visibility and the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at both regional and global levels.

Your main responsibilities: Lead system implementation and business onboarding projects across Operations

• Coordinate project plans with clear timelines and resource allocation
• Prepare and analyze business requirements for proposed system changes
• Document and manage business requirement specifications
• Test and validate system functionalities in UAT environments
• Create and oversee regression and production validation testing plans
• Track and resolve system and process defects in a central database
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project goals
• Manage project portfolio and monitor team capacity and allocation
• Support audit controls through documentation and representation during audits

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 7 years of experience within Financial Services
• A good understanding of Financial Operations
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations or technology projects in the financial sector
• Strong understanding of operational processes and system implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to document business requirements and lead testing activities
• Proficiency in project planning, resource management, and reporting
• Familiarity with audit requirements and risk mitigation strategies
• Experience in managing diverse, cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to challenge the status quo
• Fluency in English
