Senior Software Engineer

Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work hybrid (once every two weeks in the office)

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our client – a global leader in healthcare and agriculture. You will work on cutting-edge solutions in crop science, contributing to a world where farms are more sustainable, plants are more resilient, and communities thrive. In this role, you will develop and optimize software, build data analysis tools, automate data collection and reporting processes, integrate systems with the cloud, and implement machine learning algorithms. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping Customer Identity and Account Management solutions within a global, agile, and product-oriented development team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and support business-critical solutions in an agile, global product-oriented team
• Solve organization-wide challenges related to identity and account management
• Design and document technical architecture and software solutions across teams
• Ensure the technical feasibility, quality, and performance of all built solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partner organizations
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth across the organization
• Continuously develop your technical skills and career in a dynamic environment

As an ideal candidate you have:

• 5+ years of experience in software development or engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, including runtimes, APIs, and ecosystem
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience writing clean, maintainable code
• Strong front-end skills, with experience in React, build tools, and performance optimization
• DevOps expertise – working with Cloud (preferably AWS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices
• Product-oriented mindset – ability to understand business domains and suggest pragmatic solutions
• Excellent English communication skills and experience in an agile, product-driven organization
• Ability to collaborate with a global team across time zones
• Willingness to learn, develop, and innovate in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Identity Providers, OpenID Connect, and managing data assets
• Knowledge of Graph Databases (Neo4j), GitHub Actions, Datadog, and Adobe AEM
