Senior Test Specialist

As a Senior Test Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. Your task will be to ensure the highest quality of software by creating, enhancing, and automating testing processes in an Agile environment. You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and business experts to deliver stable and reliable solutions for millions of users. This role combines technical expertise with a practical approach to quality.

Your main responsibilities: Designing and implementing test scenarios

• Creating and developing test scripts and test data
• Using testing tools for automation and result analysis
• Performing manual and automated tests at various system levels
• Collaborating with the team within Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Identifying and reporting defects and quality risks
• Analyzing testing processes and suggesting improvements

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in software testing
• Know testing techniques and can apply them in practice
• Can design and implement test scenarios
• Can perform both manual and automated tests
• Are familiar with tools supporting testing
• Know the SCRUM methodology and have experience working in Agile
• Can collaborate effectively within a team

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in integration testing
• Experience in analyzing testing processes
• Experience in test management
