Senior Test Specialist

Location: Warszawa with a 100% remote work

As a Senior Test Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of systems by planning, designing, and executing tests across different stages of the software development lifecycle. You will work in an Agile environment, in close collaboration with developers, analysts, and business experts. This position allows you to combine technical expertise, knowledge of banking processes, and a practical approach to quality.

Your main responsibilities: Designing and implementing test scenarios

• Performing manual and automated tests
• Conducting integration testing of complex banking systems
• Using testing tools for analysis and automation
• Analyzing testing processes and implementing improvements
• Managing tests and monitoring their progress
• Collaborating with the project team within Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Documenting test results and reporting issues

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Have 5–8 years of experience in software testing
• Know testing techniques and can apply them in practice
• Are familiar with tools supporting testing processes
• Can design and implement test scenarios
• Can perform various types of tests, including integration
• Have experience in analyzing testing processes
• Have experience in test management
• Know the SCRUM methodology and have experience working in Agile
• Can collaborate effectively within a team

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of banking processes
• Experience in credit processes
• Knowledge of the Eximee platform
