As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading provider of innovative digital solutions, focusing on enhancing their customer service management capabilities. You’ll play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and external systems. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, driving efficiency and improving customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for translating complex requirements into well-structured, scalable solutions, and providing technical leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Your main responsibilities: Design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop and maintain the product backlog/roadmap
- Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Define/adjust to requirements of integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems based on specific use cases
- Build Low Level Design Documentation and estimate the implementation
- Manage upgrades, including document review, awareness sessions, impact analysis, and testing
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture
- Proven experience in designing and creating documentation for ServiceNowsolution architecture
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and ServiceNow best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
- Documented experience/proficiency in designing and implementing Virtual Agents topics
- Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other modules
- Ability to perform impact analysis of ServiceNow upgrades
- Ability to estimate implementation time of developed solutions
