As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking technology solutions. The Wholesale Technology division supports various business capabilities including trade financing, liquidity management, and investment banking. You will collaborate with global teams, ensuring high-quality software solutions aligned with DevOps practices.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define analysis approaches and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Produce component-level flows and translate requirements into user stories
• Translate the requirements into Functional User story, ensuring Acceptance criteria is correctly defined
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements
• Ensure big picture end-to-end thinking in solution delivery
• Review test cases and results to ensure requirements are met

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Past experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Consultant
• Domain expertise in Payments
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills to lead and contribute within a team
• Knowledge of project collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira
• Ability to produce BPMN and E2E process flows
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in UK Payments
• Relevant qualifications such as CBAP or IQBBA certifications
