Social Media & Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Specialist to join our exciting journey of rapid growth in the IT industry.

In this role, you will take full ownership of managing the company’s Social Media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, creating compelling and target audience- and platform-tailored content in both Polish and English. You will also be responsible for crafting expert-level written materials, including articles, blog posts, and case studies, ensuring our brand voice is clear, consistent, and engaging across all channels.

Your key responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the company’s Social Media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • Creating visually attractive graphics and engaging, high-quality content in Polish and English

  • Adapting messaging and creative formats to suit different channels and target groups

  • Developing and implementing Social Media strategies aligned with Marketing goals

• Copywriting expert articles, blog posts, press releases, case studies, website content, and other Marketing materials in Polish and English, tailored to different markets and target groups

• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and content delivery

• Assisting with broader Marketing initiatives

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in Social Media management and content creation (preferably in the IT or tech-related industry)

• Proven ability to create and adapt content for different Social Media platforms and audiences

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft professional, clear, and engaging Marketing texts in both Polish and English

• A graphic-design background, with experience using tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar for creating Social Media graphics and visual content

• Knowledge of trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish

• Ability to work independently and in diverse teams

• A creative mindset, self-drive, and attention to detail
