As a Technology Project Management – Outcome/Value Stream Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, managing large-scale technology programs. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive the digitization of operations across the bank, delivering innovative technology solutions. Your role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and maintaining adherence to timelines and budgets. You will lead global technology teams to achieve successful outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing program strategy and coordinating multiple projects to deliver on key objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technology needs
  • Driving proactive delivery, balancing scope, resources, dependencies, and timelines
  • Monitoring program progress, identifying risks, and reporting to stakeholders and steering committees
  • Leading governance meetings, ensuring adherence to project controls and policies
  • Directing IT project managers, business analysts, and architects to ensure cohesive project execution
  • Building stakeholder engagement around plans, timelines, and necessary changes
  • Presenting program status and making recommendations to influence executive decisions
  • Ensuring alignment of solutions with the organization’s strategic visions and roadmaps
  • Managing budgets and resources to deliver value across multiple streams

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience working with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Strong data analysis abilities, transforming insights into actionable strategies
  • Expertise in risk management and building robust mitigation plans
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in financial services
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience using PowerPoint and dashboards for executive reports
  • A customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of technology’s role in business growth
  • Experience in tracking and monitoring project roadmaps and milestones
  • A degree in Technology or Business-related fields
  • Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience in managing budgets and planning for large technology programs
  • A deep understanding of the challenges in the financial services sector
