Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a Tester, you will be working for our client, a leading player in online banking services. You’ll contribute to an exciting project focused on enhancing customer service applications.

Your main responsibilities: Develop and maintain test scenarios, including creation, expansion, and modification

• Test functionality within customer service applications
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Report bugs effectively
• Collaborate closely with project teams, product owners, and business stakeholders

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Basic knowledge of testing tools and methods
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence environments
• Strong self-organizational skills
• Ability to analyze source data
• Precise communication skills
• Experience in manual testing of customer service applications
• Preparation of test conditions and scenarios
• Knowledge of Testlink, Visual Studio, Postman or similar tools
• Familiarity with C#, Gherkin, Jenkins, SQL, and MSSQL
