As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be working for our client in the financial services industry, a leader committed to innovative solutions that transform core business systems. Your expertise will help shape impactful projects by validating complex business requirements, designing efficient integration processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Your main responsibilities:
- Validate internal client business requirements, ensuring both functional and non-functional aspects are accurately captured.
- Design integration processes utilizing UML diagrams such as use case, sequence, activity, and component diagrams.
- Develop detailed integration models using tools like Swagger, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to define optimal technical solutions.
- Coordinate technical dependencies and project deliverables with various IT teams within the organization.
- Conduct initial integration testing and analyze errors to ensure system robustness.
- Participate actively in scrum ceremonies, fostering efficient teamwork and continuous improvement.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT projects as a system analyst or business analyst, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of system integration concepts (Web Services, Microservices, SOA).
- Higher education in ICT, economics, or related fields.
- Proven ability to analyze client needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Experience in system modeling using UML.
- Proficiency with tools like Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or similar CASE tools.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL or other relational databases.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Familiarity with Kibana and Grafana tools.
Language required for the role:
- Polish: Fluent
- English: Communicative level (B2/C1), required for documentation and meetings.
