AI Solutions Engineer

As a AI Solutions Engineer you will be working for our client, a global financial institution driving AI transformation across its platforms. You will play a crucial role in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, and ensuring ethical and scalable AI applications. The client is investing in advanced AI capabilities to enhance data intelligence, automate decision-making, and deliver more efficient services. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning technical strategies with business objectives to innovate responsibly in a regulated environment.

Your main responsibilities: Designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs across multiple business use cases

• Fine-tuning pre-trained models with domain-specific data for accuracy improvement
• Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and managing vector databases
• Developing scalable NLP, ML, and AI systems that support business goals
• Applying AI best practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability
• Writing and maintaining efficient, production-grade Python code
• Using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment
• Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Deploying and scaling AI models on Azure and GCP environments
• Presenting complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Hands-on knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector databases
• Strong foundation in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with SQL
• Familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD automation
• Experience working on Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms
• Ability to align AI solutions with fairness and ethical standards
• Strong skills in communicating technical ideas to diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI systems

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Prior experience developing AI in a regulated financial services environment
• Advanced knowledge of responsible AI frameworks or governance models
• Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle management tools
• Knowledge of Transformer-based architectures and embedding
