As a BPM Senior Developer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, where you’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining core applications and services. The client’s team focuses on delivering advanced solutions for internal operations and regulatory compliance across European markets. Your role will involve utilizing cutting-edge technologies to enhance process automation, document management, and workflow systems, contributing to a highly autonomous and innovative work environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyzing, designing, programming, testing, and deploying new user stories and features
• Providing mentorship and guidance to Associate Application Engineers
• Achieving team commitments and influencing others using informal leadership
• Overseeing design decisions and guiding the team towards key results
• Remediating issues using engineering principles and creating proactive design solutions
• Documenting detailed design specifications and code changes
• Identifying and managing risks with proposed remediation plans
• Interacting with customers and stakeholders regularly
• Offering expert consultancy to customers
• Ensuring compliance with group policies and standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Several years of professional experience and proficiency in IBM BAW/BPM and best practices
• Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IBM BPM solutions
• Strong skills in IBM BPM REST services and web services
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML/SOAP, and JSON/REST API
• Experience with performance optimization on both frontend and backend
• General Systems Analyst experience
• DevOps & DevSecOps experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum/Kanban frameworks
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Proficiency in Oracle SQL Server and complex queries
• Java programming skills
• Experience with system maintenance in a production support organization
• Understanding of the Software Delivery lifecycle and CI/CD best practices
