Client Onboard Analyst

As a Client Onboard Analyst you will be working for our client, a prestigious global investment bank providing financial services to millions of customers in over 160 countries. You will support a project dedicated to streamlining client onboarding operations, ensuring accuracy in system setup and compliance with regulatory standards. This role will place you at the heart of the account opening and maintenance process, requiring attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and excellent communication skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your main responsibilities: Process client onboarding requests and maintain system records

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries in a clear and timely manner
  • Apply internal policies and external regulations when handling client documentation
  • Document procedural updates and maintain thorough records for audits
  • Participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives
  • Archive relevant onboarding documentation in accordance with policy
  • Identify and escalate urgent or high-risk issues as needed
  • Support other teams and participate in cross-functional tasks as directed
  • Deliver routine tasks while developing awareness of the broader process context

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Previous experience in financial services or a similar regulated environment
  • Knowledge of bank products, especially account opening and maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Strong teamwork skills and a flexible, proactive mindset
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of internal controls and compliance standards
