Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker

We are a fast-growing company delivering IT services (Project Staffing, Outsourcing, Integration Product Development…) for the Finance_Fintech_eCommerce Industies. We are now looking to boost our marketing department with a smart and dynamic marketing manager, who will be responsible for fuelling our growth by setting up & executing smart strategies for talent acquisition & more.

Your daily tasks as a Digital Marketing Manager are:

• Fueling our growth & making our brand look fantastic !
• Promoting ITDS in Poland & Abroad
• Owning & Shaping our marketing strategy & executing the plan : 
• Digital Marketing (Social Media, SEO…)
• Public Relations 
• Event Management
• Working with tools such as Google Analytics & other marketing automation tools
• Cooperating and communicating with Sales & Recruitment Department and external marketing agencies
• Reporting to and communicating with the management board

As an ideal Candidate, you have:

• At least 3 years of work experience in Digital Marketing. Nice to have: experience in cooperation with companies from the IT industry (e.g. Software Houses, IT Contracting, Recruitment…)
• Experience in managing and increasing conversions in online channels
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other tools
• Extensive experience with SEM, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Company Blog, Social Media
• Knowledge of how to run marketing campaigns and set KPIs, understand key performance indicators ROAS
• Knowledge & vision of online marketing trends
• Self drive, Ambition & too much energy!
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish
