IT Vendor Manager

Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 80% remotely!

As an IT Vendor Manager, you will be working for our client, a multinational financial institution, overseeing vendor engagements and ensuring smooth collaboration for various projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Keeping Archer (Third Party engagement tool) up to date and resolving all risks promptly
• Participating in regular meetings with assigned vendors, including production issue discussions
• Maintaining SOWs and invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and obtaining necessary approvals
• Initiating meetings to address issues and disseminating meeting minutes and action items
• Proactively setting up new SOWs or renewing existing contracts to ensure timely signing
• Maintaining SOW storage and associated reporting accurately

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Negotiation skills and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively and deliver SOW reviews promptly
• Strong collaboration skills with vendors and stakeholders across different time zones
• Proficiency in obtaining approvals from stakeholders for timely payments
• Focus on details
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in vendor management within the financial industry
• Familiarity with tools like Archer and SOW tracking systems
• Knowledge of international contract laws and regulations
