Introduction
As a Leadership Development Program Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global organization dedicated to transforming business performance through innovative leadership training. Your role will focus on supporting enterprise-wide development initiatives, ensuring program excellence, and measuring impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities:
- Support Program Managers with updates, formatting, and version control of program materials, presentations, digital resources, and facilitator guides.
- Administer surveys, compile feedback, and generate reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify trends.
- Coordinate with internal faculty and external speakers, including scheduling prep sessions and ensuring logistical readiness.
- Draft and distribute participant communications such as invitations, pre-work, reminders, and post-program resources, maintaining distribution lists.
- Support vendor and financial administration, including processing invoices, tracking purchase orders, onboarding vendors, and assisting with budget management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track action items, and update timelines to ensure timely delivery of activities.
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course coding, registration, completion tracking, and troubleshooting access issues.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, Project Coordination, or similar fields.
- Hands-on experience managing programs within an LMS platform.
- Proficiency with MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail in deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for participant engagement.
- Solid Excel skills for metrics analysis and reporting, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Familiarity with project management or tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Experience working in multinational or multicultural environments.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English — excellent command necessary for clear communication and documentation.
