Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).

As a Secure Development Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution undertaking critical infrastructure enhancement programs aimed at aligning with the highest standards in cybersecurity and secure development. The client is focused on improving technology environments to support internal teams and secure customer data. You will be leading the end-to-end execution of infrastructure-related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, security compliance, and operational efficiency. This role combines hands-on planning, team coordination, and close collaboration with security and engineering stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Your main responsibilities: Creating and managing end-to-end project plans for infrastructure initiatives

  • Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating project activities
  • Managing RAID logs to proactively address risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Communicating project progress and performance to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with security protocols and development standards
  • Managing project budgets and tracking resource allocation
  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to ensure delivery goals
  • Adjusting timelines and strategies to adapt to project changes
  • Supporting retrospectives and implementing improvements from post-project analysis
  • Engaging with stakeholders to align project scope with business needs

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in project management within an IT or infrastructure environment
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and network fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and resilience

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience working within highly regulated financial institutions
  • Familiarity with secure software development practices
  • Prior involvement in large-scale infrastructure transformation programs
  • Background in service delivery or IT operations
