Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and documentation, including creating BPMN diagrams for clarity and effective communication
• Evaluate data quality and assess its impact on critical business processes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements
• Support the development and maintenance of information systems aligned with business needs
• Organize work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing project demands
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project tasks efficiently
• Contribute to system and process evaluations, ensuring compliance and optimal performance
• Facilitate communication in English across project teams and stakeholders

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within financial services or related sectors
• Strong expertise in analyzing and documenting business processes; BPMN notation familiarity is a plus
• Proven ability to evaluate data quality and its influence on business operations
• Higher education background
• Good command of English for effective communication
• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Aspiration to grow into a Product Owner role

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of AML processes and system analysis experience in this area

Polish (good command)
English (communicative level)
