Bridge Analysis and Delivery in a High-Impact HR Project!

Warsaw based or remote opportunity.

As a Senior HR IT Consultant (BA/PM), you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, supporting the implementation and transformation of internal HR tools. You will coordinate the end-to-end deployment of a local HR system, with a strong focus on business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and deployment management. This hybrid role blends the precision of a Business Analyst with the delivery responsibility of a Project Manager. You will be expected to define the roadmap, drive tailored solutions, and ensure measurable progress — all while working closely with internal Warsaw-based stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities: Analyze current HR processes and design desired target states based on stakeholder needs

  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements and functional specifications
  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with the client’s methodology
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of HR IT tools from design through deployment
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through weekly sprint planning and progress reviews
  • Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and business cases
  • Ensure compliance with HR data management, security, and GDPR standards
  • Track risks, actions, issues, and decisions using RAID logs and project documentation
  • Organize monthly steering committees for decision-making and sponsor engagement
  • Collaborate across teams to support data migration, testing, and user acceptance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in HR IT environments
  • Proven experience working with HR software such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or local tools like Teta or Symfonia
  • Proficiency in mapping business processes and creating user stories and “as-is/to-be” documentation
  • Strong knowledge of HR modules including payroll, recruitment, and personnel administration
  • Experience managing full project lifecycles in hybrid Agile/Waterfall frameworks
  • Understanding of data migration and integration, along with GDPR and HR compliance
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • High autonomy and strong organizational skills in delivering to project timelines
  • Ability to define success criteria, create product roadmaps, and ensure delivery against business goals
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting complex ideas to senior leadership

Nice to have:

  • Banking experience
  • Experience with global HR tools
