Senior IT Business Manager

Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

As a Senior IT Business Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global banking and financial services organization. The client is focused on driving growth, helping businesses thrive, and creating opportunities for people to realize their potential. In this role, you will support various business entities, specifically the Swiss Market, by ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and managing key IT processes such as cost allocation, governance, and major IT deliveries. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages innovation and work-life balance.

Your main responsibilities: Supporting the Swiss COO and CIO in answering queries and producing status reports

• Overseeing IT controls and Key Control Indicators (KCI)
• Managing cost allocations and recharges to business entities
• Ensuring proper governance over Cloud, Data, and Outsourcing
• Monitoring IT applications used by Swiss business entities
• Handling IT impairments linked to the consuming business entities
• Assessing major IT deliveries impacting the business
• Analyzing IT delivery services materiality assessments
• Managing intra-group service agreement breaks
• Overseeing records management for the IT department in Switzerland

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in a soft-skilled business role
• Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of IT controls, KCI, and governance processes
• Familiarity with cost allocation and recharge processes
• Proven experience in managing IT applications in a business context
• Experience with IT delivery assessments and materiality analysis
• Solid understanding of records management in an IT setting
• Ability to handle and resolve service agreement and vulnerability management issues
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working within the Swiss Market or similar business entities
• Familiarity with cloud, data, and outsourcing governance frameworks
• Understanding of Swiss IT procedures and recertification processes
• Background in major IT delivery project management
• Exposure to vulnerabilities management and compliance within IT departments
