Senior SQL Developer

As a Senior SQL Developer, you will be working for our client,  a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. In this role, you will be developing, optimizing, and maintaining data processing workflows in data warehouses while collaborating with analysts and testers. Your work will be crucial in ensuring data accuracy and consistency, supporting reporting and business analysis processes. The project offers opportunities for growth in SQL, data warehousing, and advanced data processing within a dynamic banking environment.

Your main responsibilities: Developing and optimizing SQL queries for data processing

• Maintaining and improving data quality workflows in the DQ stream
• Collaborating with analysts and testers to ensure accurate results
• Monitoring data processes and troubleshooting data inconsistencies
• Documenting solutions and preparing technical reports for stakeholders
• Supporting the team in implementing best practices for data management

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Possess strong SQL skills and experience with data processing
• Understand data warehousing concepts and working with large datasets
• Use MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Navigate Jira to track tasks and report issues
• Read and understand technical documentation in English

It is strong plus if you have:

• Basic knowledge of Ab Initio data integration tools
• Experience with Oracle SQL optimizations
