Senior System Analyst

Location: Warszawa with a 100% remote work

As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. You will join a team responsible for developing client-facing processes and implementing changes in core banking systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers in an Agile environment, and your technical expertise and analytical experience will help bridge business and system perspectives, supporting the deployment of modern technology solutions.

Your main responsibilities: Conducting system analysis of changes in banking systems

• Designing and documenting solutions using UML
• Collaborating with business, developers, and testers within Agile sprints
• Supporting the team in developing and implementing REST services
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system specifications
• Preparing implementation documentation and supporting testing processes
• Participating in modernization projects for SME clients

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Have over 5 years of experience in system analysis
• Have advanced knowledge of UML and its practical application
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Are familiar with system analysis methods and the software development lifecycle
• Have experience working with REST services
• Can apply software deployment methodologies
• Have basic knowledge of RabbitMQ

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of PL/SQL
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to independently lead workshops with stakeholders
• Experience in banking or financial projects
