As a Test Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, on a vital project ensuring the seamless delivery of development projects while upholding quality standards and meeting business requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the test team with a clear vision, strategy, and action plan
• Ensure timely delivery of development projects and resolution of systems issues
• Define project-level test approaches and maintain regression test packs
• Implement and enhance test team principles and strategies
• Create and manage project-level Automation Framework
• Input into overall performance and NFR testing
• Coach test team in proper test procedure and review techniques
• Produce project estimates and collaborate with Project Manager for timely delivery
• Collaborate with business analysts, scrum masters, and project managers
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management
• Provide test completion certification and participate in project meetings
• Participate in project meetings with business and technical stakeholders to understand and deliver projects
• Take responsibility for keeping test process relevant and up to date
• Make important decisions relating to test within the context of the delivery environment

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Hands on Testing experience and willingness to undertake manual and automation testing
• Strong Test Lead experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Expertise in Jira and Zephyr test tooling
• Experience in test planning, coordination, and execution
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium and Tosca

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Financial services experience
• Agile methodology familiarity
• Previous exposure to Identity and Access Management
• Experience in defect management and stakeholder engagement
• Global distributed organization experience
• Any exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ
