As a Senior Test Manager, you will be working for our client, a global leader in IT solutions, focused on a complex Mainframe to Linux migration project. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-tier quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, driving testing strategies, and fostering collaboration among diverse teams to deliver transformative digital solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and document a comprehensive testing strategy tailored to a major migration from mainframe assembler applications to Java/SQL on Linux.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Act as the primary liaison among project stakeholders, including architects, developers, and management, ensuring alignment on testing objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a specialized testing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor testing progress, analyze defect reports, and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
• Produce detailed test documentation and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in managing testing for complex projects, especially involving system migrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in testing methodologies, particularly in unit and functional testing.
• Proven experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with tools like X-Ray or similar testing management solutions.
• Background in mainframe systems and Linux environments.
• Certifications related to testing or project management.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
