As a Vendor and Workforce Operations SME, you will be working for our client, a leading global organization dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity and operational excellence. The company’s Cybersecurity Engineering team focuses on defending against evolving threats while collaborating with partners to implement innovative and adaptive solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing vendor relations, optimizing workforce operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Tracking and facilitating Third Party Engagement Managers’ tasks in Archer
  • Coordinating Quarterly Performance Reviews with strategic vendors
  • Managing the end-to-end Contract Management Process for software and hardware engagements
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive tracking system for mandatory training
  • Planning and tracking furloughs for the external staff population
  • Managing and tracking travel and entertainment costs
  • Supporting and tracking global recruitment activities
  • Assisting in the refinement of operational procedures and workflows

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Degree from an accredited University or College in computer science, information sciences, engineering, information technology, or allied subject
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences
  • Ability to build and maintain global relationships effectively
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of common industry cyber security frameworks, standards, and methodologies, including OWASP, ISO2700x series, PCI DSS, GLBA, EU data security and privacy acts, FFIEC guidelines, CIS and NIST standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with knowledge of PowerBI or Confluence as a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivation, a high sense of urgency, and personal integrity
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and global financial services business models
  • Experience defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience in Agile Methodology
  • Strong understanding of industry cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and methodologies
  • Minimum of 4/5 years Cyber experience
  • Experience of working in a financial organization
  • Good understanding of business finance and budget management
  • Experience in managing Data Security tools and strategies
  • Hands-on experience with email security tools
  • Regulatory engagement and experience in compliance matters
  • Information Security Certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
