As a Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will be working for our client, an innovative company dedicated to leveraging data to enable smarter business strategies. In this role, you will analyze and interpret data sets, create compelling reports and visualizations, and support decision-making processes across teams. Your main responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive data analysis and interpret complex datasets to uncover valuable insights.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Support business decision-making by providing accurate data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain rigorous data accuracy and integrity throughout analysis processes.
• Assist in developing data collection and management procedures to improve overall analysis quality.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and analytical tools to continually enhance data capabilities.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, or related software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to interpret and visualize data effectively.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment.
• Good command of Polish, with a communicative level of English.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Certification in data analysis, statistics, or related fields.
• Experience working with large or complex data sets.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.

Language Required for the role :

• Polish (good command)
• English (communicative level)
