Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).

As a Vendor Performance Analyst – Technology and Risk, you will be working for our client within the GCIO's Chief Technology Office (CTO). You will support vendor management functions, ensuring third-party services meet performance, governance, and remediation standards, thereby contributing to operational excellence and risk mitigation. This role offers a path to advance your career amidst dynamic, innovative teams dedicated to delivering impactful technological solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the CTO vendor performance framework aligned with Group standards.
  • Assist in developing, validating, and managing scorecards, and prepare governance meeting support across the vendor portfolio.
  • Coordinate vendor performance reviews, ensuring actions are effectively tracked, escalated, and resolved.
  • Support the implementation of formal remediation plans for vendors in breach, and help transform service failures into measurable recovery outcomes.
  • Contribute to aggregate risk, spend, and performance data analysis, fostering a culture of continuous trend monitoring and improvement.
  • Facilitate the interface between Vendor Management Office (VMO) and Operations Management on performance-related topics, TPS processes, and MIS reporting.
  • Support the Vendor Performance Lead and team in enhancing delivery quality and expanding capabilities.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in vendor performance management, operational analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across Operations, Finance, Architecture, and Risk functions.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with detailed data and synthesize key messages clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing high-standard reports and governance packs.
  • A process improvement mindset, proactively identifying opportunities for standardization and simplification.
  • Resilience and structured approach in managing competing priorities across a multi-geography environment.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with FSA/FSW frameworks.
  • Exposure to vendor consolidation projects, contract renegotiation, or cost optimization initiatives.

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
