As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be working for ITDS. You will manage E2E recruitment processes and play a vital role in optimizing recruitment processes, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting strategic hiring operations. This position offers a chance to directly influence the speed and quality of talent acquisition, empowering innovative hiring strategies that shape the future of workforce sourcing.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage E2E candidate pipelines within our systems, ensuring smooth progression and timely role closures
• Sourcing Candidates for niche roles on various platforms
• Publish job openings across relevant channels, collaborating with marketing to maintain visibility and messaging consistency
• Maintain accurate and current system data, tracking candidate movement and status updates diligently
• Execute recruitment workflows precisely, adhering to deadlines and resolving bottlenecks swiftly

• 2+ years of experience working in IT Recruitment, including analyzing applications, sourcing, screening candidates, preparing and pitching job offers to candidates.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines and ensure data integrity within recruitment systems
• Strong operational and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with recruiters and marketing teams
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (3 days on-site in Warsaw)

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of AI-powered recruitment tools or automation solutions
• Experience managing multi-channel recruitment campaigns

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
