As a Senior Back-Office Transformation IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, on designing and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions to support back-office operations. You will play a vital role in shaping technology strategies, optimizing processes, and delivering scalable, secure systems that drive operational efficiency and innovation. Your main responsibilities:
- Define and execute the IT development strategy for back-office solutions, particularly in records management and archiving.
- Design and optimize software architecture focusing on performance, scalability, data capacity, and security.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Establish performance monitoring strategies and define success criteria for IT solutions.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of development teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technological initiatives align with business objectives.
- Monitor emerging technology trends and evaluate relevant solutions to enhance operational capabilities.
- Recommend process improvements, new tools, and IT systems to optimize organizational workflows.
- Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of new technologies across teams.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience designing and implementing back-office systems, preferably within the financial sector.
- Proven track record delivering complex IT transformation projects with technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and web services.
- Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements based on business input.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including performance, scalability, and security.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to support strategic decisions.
- Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning to stay at the forefront of digital innovation.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Knowledge of document management platforms (ECM, DMS, BPMS), OCR, electronic signatures, or AI/ML technologies.
- Higher education in IT or related fields.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally.
Language Required for the role:
Polish – good command; English – communicative level.
