As a Field IT Support Engineer – Network & Hardware Expert, you will be working for our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you will provide essential technical support across multiple logistics centers, ensuring seamless operations and fostering technological growth. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support to logistics center staff across multiple locations.
• Participate in opening new sites and lead their technological development initiatives.
• Manage incident resolution and user requests efficiently, maintaining high SLA standards.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
• Act as a remote hands resource for external IT teams, supporting infrastructure and network tasks.
• Prepare, deploy, and maintain workstations and IT equipment for end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and mobile devices.
• Maintain operational readiness of office equipment and logistics devices, including barcode scanners and label printers.
• Propose improvements to IT processes and support inventory management of IT assets.
• Maintain a valid Category B driver’s license and readiness for regional travel.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving network and hardware issues.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and mobile device troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and helpdesk procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

It’s a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in network or system administration.
• Experience supporting logistics or warehouse technology systems.

Language required for the role:

• Polish (Communicative level)
• English (Communicative level)
