Senior React Engineer – Real-Time Chat Application

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

As a Senior React Engineer, you will be working for our client to develop a sophisticated, production-grade React web application that delivers a seamless and polished chat experience as a standalone product. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop a robust, production-quality React chat application.
• Build real-time streaming user interfaces that facilitate instant communication.
• Manage complex client-side state to ensure fluid user experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams to ensure feature completeness.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Integrate streaming AI APIs, including OpenAI and Azure OpenAI, to enable intelligent features.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testability, and maintainability.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or similar modern design systems.
• Proven experience building real-time streaming user interfaces.
• Comfort managing complex client-side state with modern state management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Experience working with streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based LLMs).

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Dataverse (entities, activity types).
• Additional experience with streaming AI APIs and integration.

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of English (Communicative level).
