As a Senior IT Project Manager – Agile & Software Delivery, you will be working for our client, a leading player within the CTO’s Developer Experience Standards and Controls team. You will lead initiatives that enhance control compliance and standards, delivering solutions that significantly improve engineering workflows across internal technology teams. This role offers a chance to shape best-in-class tools that foster safer, more efficient software deployment, impacting over 1000+ teams and supporting their adoption of new best practices.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure for application enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery managers and product owners to align project goals with the broader change portfolio within Standards and Controls.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations proactively.
- Liaise with internal technology customers to understand their needs and facilitate effective project delivery.
- Support the rollout of new tools to improve visibility into software deployment and risk management.
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring smooth change management across diverse teams.
- Monitor project progress, report on outcomes, and ensure benefits realization.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within IT, software delivery, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Proven expertise in managing software delivery lifecycle projects.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office tools, and agile project tools like Rally.
- Experience in software inventory management, agent rollout, or technology controls (nice to have).
- Ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with software development lifecycle and delivery.
- Familiarity with change management and business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of software agents, deployment, and system controls.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English (both written and verbal).
