DevOps Engineer – Containerization and Automation

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the technology sector. You will contribute to building, developing, and maintaining advanced IT systems focused on containerization and automation, enabling the organization to achieve scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. This role offers significant opportunities for technical growth and impactful project delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage container orchestration environments using HashiCorp tools (Nomad, Consul, Vault) and Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools using Bash, Python, or Go.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network communication, proxy configurations, load balancing, and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure integrations adhere to best DevOps practices.
• Document procedures, configurations, and system architecture effectively.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in DevOps/SysOps.
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp tools (Nomad, Consul, Vault).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes, CNI/CSI) and orchestration.
• Proficiency in Linux systems, preferably RHEL.
• Experience with IaaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of network protocols, proxy services (NGINX, Apache), and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Script automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Good command of Polish and communicative English skills.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V).
• Experience with object storage (S3, MinIO).
• Knowledge of security standards (OWASP, SELinux).
• Ability to create technical documentation using tools like MS Visio or Confluence.

Language Required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
• English (communicative level)
