Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

For our client from the banking sector, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Corporate CRM Tribe and support the development of a Salesforce-based CRM platform. You will work in an Agile environment, close to business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clear, consistent and ready for implementation.

Your responsibilities

• Collect and refine business requirements for Salesforce CRM development
• Prepare business analysis and conceptual scope documentation
• Deliver pre-implementation analysis and support solution recommendations
• Model processes and flows using BPMN
• Cooperate with Product Owner, developers, QA and business stakeholders in Agile delivery
• Support backlog refinement and maintain analysis artefacts

Requirements (must-have)

• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst (approx. 5+ years)
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce CRM (project/delivery experience)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in creating business analyses
• Ability to define and document the scope of conceptual work
• BPMN knowledge
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Polish – fluent; English – communicative

• Experience in banking / financial services environments
• Experience in CRM transformation programs / corporate CRM platforms
