As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the investment domain, dedicated to transforming financial processes through cutting-edge technology. You will play a vital role in analyzing business needs, modeling solutions, and supporting system integrations to enable seamless investment operations. Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications.
- Model and document processes using UML and BPMN, supporting system architecture and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain integration specifications, working with REST APIs, AsyncAPI, and messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Support the backlog management by creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile delivery.
- Prepare and update detailed system and analytical documentation adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system integration issues, ensuring quality and performance.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in system analysis or related roles within IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in Enterprise Architect, Postman, JIRA, GitLab, SQL (MS SQL/PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with REST API design and integration tools, including AsyncAPI.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and communication patterns.
- Experience working with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Expertise in process modeling and documentation using UML and BPMN.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
It’s a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in banking or investment projects.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-system environments.
- Certifications or additional skills in related technologies.
Language Required for the role:
Polish (good command) and English (communicative level).
