BI Developer with Alteryx

Warsaw based opportunity with possibility to work remote 3-4 days per week

As a BI Developer (with Alteryx) you will work for our Client – The EU’s leading bank and key player on the international banking scene, operating in 72 countries. You will join a brand new, state-of-the-art, technology and development Hub created to bring together the strongest players in the IT market. The successful candidate will be working on a project that aims to systematise employee data from HR systems in order to create various types of reports, analyses and visualisations.

Your main responsibilities: Designing and creating workflows in Alteryx

• Working with PowerBI, VBA, Python tools
• Cleaning, normalising and transforming data to prepare it for analysis and reporting
• Creating interactive reports and data visualisations using Power BI, integrated with the Alteryx platform
• Creation of predictive models
• Maintaining existing BI solutions in the Alteryx platform, making updates and adjustments as business needs change
• Work with the business team to understand and analyse business requirements and translate them into BI solutions in the Alteryx platform
• Optimise workflows in the Alteryx platform to ensure efficiency and speed of data processing
• User training and support

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of Business Intelligence
• Experience in working with large amounts of data within Alteryx, Python, PowerBI, Excel, VBA
• Experience in business analysis
• Fluency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
• Good analytical capabilities
• Recognise the importance of delivering presentable and understandable data
• Ability to work with both IT and business and bridge the gap between them
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
