IT Analyst

Warsaw-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As an IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading company in the online banking sector. You will conduct market research on available HR and payroll systems, prepare comprehensive documentation, design system architecture, and verify its applicability within the organization. Collaborating with business units and stakeholders, you will provide system recommendations and strategies for implementation. Your role will be essential in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of new systems.

Your main responsibilities: Conduct market research on HR and payroll systems

• Prepare comprehensive system documentation
• Design and verify system architecture
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders
• Prepare system recommendations and implementation strategies
• Visualize analytical data effectively
• Support end-users with system-related issues
• Manage and organize tasks efficiently
• Continuously acquire and apply new knowledge

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence
• Proficiency in ITIL methodology
• Advanced skills in Excel and Visual Basic
• Highly developed analytical abilities
• Ability to effectively visualize analytical data
• Experience in end-user support
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of HR and payroll systems
• Familiarity with HR solutions
